The One now believes he is The Only One who can save his floundering socialist healthcare plan. So he showed up on five networks — ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN plus Spanish-language Univision — on Sunday to pitch his leftist heart out.
Of course, the Greatest President In History did not appear on Fox Sunday, automatically eliminating himself for consideration for any future sequels to Profiles In Courage. In search of more friendly climes, he will continue his Talking Tour 2009 on Monday’s David Letterman Show.
According to Martha Joynt Kumar, a political scientist at Towson University in Maryland, Barack Obama has been one very busy President. Oh, not busy doing the actual work of a President, but busy talking. Always talking. By the time the sun sets on Sunday, he will have done 124 separate interviews during his short presidency. One hundred twenty-four.
In contrast, George Bush had done only 40 interviews and Bill Clinton had done 46 at this same point in their presidencies.
We hope ObamaCare covers Presidential Appearance Fatigue Syndrome (PAFS), because we are really getting tired of seeing this guy on televison.

The ego of the man who think the more he appears in public the more people would love him. He never done any serious interviews. They throw softballs questions after another or the same questions that been answers 1000s times before
The good news is that most of us missed this blitzkrieg of Dear Leader’s as the Sunday shows have declined in ratings from their glory days. Fewer people watch these shows than the number of people who learned that David Letterman is hosting DL tonight. And they may have caught the announcement once but still don’t care because they were watching football and going to get more snacks or use the bathroom during most of the commercials. I don’t know about others, but the image of the POTUS yucking it up on a comedy show doesn’t inspire confidence in his serious plan to “reform health insurance” no matter who I am.
Again we see the MSM who were heavily invested in this commie clown’s investiture is still carrying the water for him…
I’ve read the Face the Nation transcript and Stephy’s dog & pony show and never fear, no hard questions were asked…
The headline says it all. Generally speaking, he’s generally speaking. What’s sad is that he never really says much.
He’s just overtaken Clinton as the most narcissistic President we’ve had.
I think America is coming to the realization that deep down, he’s shallow.
And narcissist Rahm Emanuel is his puppetmaster and narcissist Robert Gibss is his frontman. The worrisome part is, how do narcissists behave when they don’t get what they want?
He had to appear on all those MSM networks just to garner the same size audience he would have had on Fox.
Good point. and true.
Same as Hugo Chavez , talking talking talking talking blah blah blah
