This is Melowese Richardson. Melowese is an Ohio poll worker who admits voting twice for Obama in the last election (a felony). Plus she filled out her granddaughter’s absentee ballot (another felony). Plus her granddaughter voted twice (another… oh hell, you get it). Plus there were three other absentee ballots from her address with the same handwriting. “So were these all legal votes in your mind?” she was asked. “Absolutely legal votes,” she answered.

Amazing to me that people like her are so confident that they won’t be charged with a crime for casting multiple votes for Obama that they are admitting it in public!

Another claim is absentee ballots for Montez Richardson, Joseph Jones and Markus Barron all came from Richardson’s Whetsel Avenue address were received by the board the same time as Richardson’s and the handwriting on all four of them was similar.

“Markus Barron lives here. Joseph Jones is my brother. He’s here from time-to-time. I am Montez’s power-of-attorney. I voted for her in her absence,” said Richardson.

She said she thought all of the votes were legal. The matter may still wind up before the Hamilton County prosecutor.

“Have they never heard of a simple mistake? Have they never heard of overlooking? Mailing in a ballot or registering to vote at a precinct after you’ve forgotten that you mailed in a ballot?” said Richardson.

“Absolutely. Absolutely, I’ll fight it for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States.”

It seems her way of fighting for Obama was to make sure she voted as many times as she could!
I hope she ends up in jail, and it is well publicized.

BTW, I have been reading the investigation documents at:

and it seems many of these people are just stupid, but others seem to know they tried to vote more than once. The big thing is that some of these voters are living in shelters, making them recipients, so their multiple votes are understandable, they are trying to make sure we keep paying for them to keep not working.

No she doesn’t. Her excuse for voting multiple times for multiple people was that she feared their absentee ballots wouldn’t be counted “in time” whatever that means, so she voted again at the polls to be sure. She MAY trust Obammy with no obvious reason why she should.

She didn’t do anything wrong. She was voting (multiple times) for “Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States.” Apparently Obama’s “right” supercedes all other considerations, including a fair, honest, democratic election.

She belongs in jail but I doubt anything will happen to her. I just wonder how many other Melowese Richardsons cast multiple ballots in Cincinatti, Philadelphia, Newark, Detroit and (especially) Chicago.

These people will not go peacefully.

Mr. Obama HAS no “right to sit as president” any more than the 10 year old bouncing a basketball against my outside wall does. He has the right to run IF HE MEETS THE CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENTS, but he has no RIGHT. Nope, not even because he’s (half) black, nor from Chicago, or anything else. And if this woman is this stupid, she certainly shouldn’t be working at the polls. Democracy only works with an informed and educated populace. Generally speaking, we don’t have that anymore. And neither do the Middle Eastern countries we are trying to “liberate.”

The had a white guy (probably a Republican I don’t remember) in the SF area a few years back who registered his dog to vote. When he went public about it the Dem machine went after him with a vengeance. Had he been an Obama voter he would have skated.

Like the “alleged” cop-killer running loose in California (or is he in Mexico now?) we must learn to be tolerant of folks who have obviously been coerced by the right-wing smear machine to say and do these things. I agree with you about this woman and others like her, regardless of color. But there were a buttload of stupid whites that voted for Obama, or hew wouldn’t have been elected. Even if every black voted 3 times, that alone would not have resulted in a 51% “victory.” And while I certainly agree that cri,e by blacks is way out of proportion to the black population, being fro Texas you should realize that there are a significant number of cases where blacks have been railroaded by small time sheriffs and DA’s looking for quick closure. They were later exonerated by review of DNA, or by appeals courts, or witnesses finally confessing that their testimony was a lie. I mean, it happens to all ethnicities, but it is somewhat more common with Blacks. Having said this, I agree that they assume because their 4 gr grandmother was a slave,they are somehow entitled to special treatment and a lifting of the rules. Makes me really angry. My paternal family is from Mississippi, and I am constantly being told what MY ancestors did to THEIR ancestors. Except my ancetors were only moderately wealthy, worked their own fields, and had no slaves.

I appreciate the frustration, but not the solution. Gotta thumb you down on that. She SHOULD however, go to jail, with each incident counted separately. Even if the penalty is only 3 years, x6 will keep her in jail at least through the next few elections.

I’m not sure vote fraud is a federal offense. States run their own elections. The only time the feds get involved is when they think somebody’s civil rights are infringed.

I don’t understand why the legality of this election has not been challenged, by…oh…the entire country? You have to have a picture ID to get a bank account, license, just about everything, but not to vote for the POTUS? That’s a crock of BS and a half. It’s interesting how Obama can only win in districts where there is NO voter ID laws. Impeach and try them all for treason.

For all those wishing to allow illegals amnesty, this needs to be added to the bill. In order to vote in an election for national office, you will be required to produce a photo id from the state that you live in. No id, no vote, no exceptions. Just the poison pill to kill the whole damn thing.

It is my understanding ( and you cops out there help me out) that it is illegal to be hanging around with no ID. EVERYONE should be able to show ID when asked, or the cops can arrest them. So shouldn’t all this whining about ID be irrelevant? Isn’t everyone REQUIRED to have ID? Why is it so hard to show it at the polls?

I’ve refused to show it in Wisconsin. You have to be violating some ordinance or law, be reasonably under suspicion or some good enough reason, but I see that has changed there. There were some big changes as I recall, probably after 9/11. They wanted the cops to be able to question anybody. I know the rights are different when you’re in a car. They can pretty much shake you down when you’re in a car no matter what. Even that is getting questioned though. For some things, wikipedia is indeed the quickest place to check, like here – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_and_Identify_statutes

There are many things that people just assume are illegal. In most states, refusing to show ID when you’re not under arrest or at least being detained is one of them. Filming an officer doing his work is another.

The video issue drives me crazy. The police are constantly arresting people for that, or at least threatening them, even though EVERY SINGLE COURT CASE says citizens can do it. Why don’t they put this on the wall aat work for the police to see? What’s it gonna take to get the message through to them?

I’m not even sure why they object. If you’re a good cop, citizen video might save your ass from an untrue accusation someday. Or give you the evidence you need to make your case. Meanwhile, they should just assume everything they do is on video and act accordingly. That might be a good thing.

Most of the cars have cameras on the dash and many cops have cameras on their uniforms now with microphones. I fail to see what the issue is anymore. Not to mention all the cameras around on houses and stores.

Just so you know here in Kalifornia we don’t arrest people for the video, and if you wanna record me, so be it, If I can’t defend it, I won’t say it. Plus I had video in my car at the last department, The look on people’s faces when they come in to complain that I arrested them for no reason, and they see the video, with audio of just how stupid (and usually intoxicated) they were is priceless….You can’t write comedy that good.. Nowadays they tell me to hang on so they can did out their smart phone and I always smile and say hi to the phone…..There is probably a lot of people with video of me who get pissed when I won’t get pissed at their stupid remarks…The dumber they become, the friendlier and more sarcastic I become….It pisses them off. Plus you realize the longer you waste my time, The more violations I find..what could have been a warning turns into an automatic ticket plus. The normal everyday folks who you come in contact with once in a while are great, they might wanna talk about a problem in their neighborhood or just ask a question. A lot of times I will fool with them, make them raise their right hand and promise not to run a stop sign or whatever again, they laugh and drive off with a smile. If they wanna record that, be my guest. The cops with a severe potty mouth, or the ones that like to lean on people are the ones that get into trouble with when recorded….playing outside the rules will get you into trouble all the time…

Cool. As long as you’re explaining, maybe you can explain why at traffic stops they get so upset if you get out of your car. A couple years ago I was stopped shortly after leaving work, and they took extra long because they were a dog team and they took the opportunity of stopping me to let the damn dogs pee and have a snack, so I got out to tell them my car wasn’t warmed up because I just got in it, it was too old a car to be idling for a half hour, and I was freezing to death. They freaked. Acted like I was Osama bin Laden trying to make an escape. I generally have good luck with the police – those two were buttheads. County cops inside the city limits with dogs – they must have been under pressure to bring some money in for the department budget. They gave me a $600 ticket for switching lanes without a blinker when the guy in front of me stopped because snow blew off his hood and covered his windshield. Then I went back to my own lane without a blinker again. $600. I took it to court and paid nothing. So much for the county budget.
