Tyrants who used children as props. The shameless exploitation of children by thugs and dictators to gain political advantage is practically a tradition. Gorge inducing, but a tradition.

Yep right in line with the rest of the ruthless dictators of the past. People need to wake up and see who der leader is modeling after.

All he needs is a thick bushy mustache like Stalin or Hussein.
This man is pure evil and willing to do what ever to make himself look good and bigger than life.

This guy is a class-A creep, who will stoop to anything to get his way. I kept thinking about that ignorant affirmative action Surgeon General- Joycelyn Elders – who used to say “it’s for the children”. (Though, because of her horrid speaking ability, it always came out as “it’s for the Cheeeeeeeeeeeer-drin”.) Anyway, I found this you tube video of Rush Limbaugh (so young!) with video of her. This was the “safer guns, safer bullets”, whic was so appropros I HAD to link it. Enjoy!! http://youtu.be/rqbB4kFtVZU

I gave up trying not to be racist and figure out a legitimate reason this woman was even in uniform, much less named surgeon general.

CLASSROOM SOCIALISM

Is this man truly a genius?
An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before but had recently failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama’s socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.

The professor then said, “OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama’s plan”. All grades will be averaged and everyone will receive the same grade so no one will fail and no one will receive an “A”…. (substituting grades for dollars – something closer to home and more readily understood by all).

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a “B”. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy.

As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride
too so they studied little. The second test average was a “D”! No one was happy.

When the 3rd test rolled around, the new average was an “F”.

As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.

To their great surprise, ALL FAILED and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.

Human nature will always cause socialism’s style of government to fail because the world has producers and non-producers (makers and takers).

It could not be any simpler than that.

(Please pass this on)

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you’ll ever read and all applicable to this experiment:

1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Where i live the neighbor kids can hunt, clean the kill start a fire and cook it. Theyve all taken hunter safety class and know the proper use of weapons. Where most kids live pointing a finger gun is grounds for therapy! Oh also almost all the people in our tiny town stay married and the boys have dads to teach them to be men. Im sorry to say single moms arnt equiped to raise men! Thats also a huge problem in our nation.

LBJ’s welfare society has replaced fathers in the family. It isn’t working out all that well for those that have fallen for it. Nor for those who are forced to pay the child support on all the illegitimate bastards.

I raised a son on my own. And his father was so incompetent he learned far more skill from me than the short time his father was around. What I DID do, was encourage him to be involved in activities that were led by men, so he would have that male influence. The only fail there was the boy scouts. Women run the boy scouts up until maybe junior high. There may be some men around, but women are doing all the work. And while I have taken 12 Brownies camping overnight with a couple of parents, the Cub Scouts require a parent with every child. Sort of destroyed the idea of having men teaching man stuff to my son.

I don’t know what happened to the Boy Scouts. I have a theory that bureaucracy of any sort is inherently evil and destroys whatever it touches. When I was pretending to be a stepfather a few years ago, I called the district headquarters for Boy Scouts – a giant luxurious gold-plated new building – and asked for the closest troop to my house so I could sign my stepson up. I couldn’t get those assholes to respond. First I left voicemails that didn’t get callbacks, then I talked to someone who said, “Why don’t you ask his school?” Whereupon I replied at length about lazy leeches who work at non-profits and don’t give a shit about the outcome of the cause they’re supposed to be representing.

By the way, the mistake you made with scouts was signing your son up at Cub Scout age instead of waiting until Boy Scout age. Thankfully my parents learned that lesson before they got to me. Cub Scouts sucks, Boy Scouts rocks (although it depends greatly on the troop leader).

My son loved scouting from Tiger Cub to Eagle Scout. I think you’re correct in that the Scout Master makes all the difference. Now He wants to go back as an adult leader and be part of the merit badge college, overseeing the merit badge for chess. (He loves the game) Plus he loves the camping. He had more camping days than any other scout in his troop. I remember on camping trip, the ground was covered in snow. He throw down a tarp and set up his tent on top of that. the over night low was something like 10 degrees F. So the boys opted to sleep inside the heated cabin, except, of course my son. He slept in his tent. Next morning he gets up goes into the mess hall, says one word, “coffee”. His scout master handed him a cup and he took a few sips as the other boys were calling him the abominable snowman….he looks at them and utters one word, “wusses”

My sone stayed in from Tigers through basic Boy Scouts. He left on arrow level I think. But it was a constant struggle to get men to step up and run the troop and eventually the troop folded. The last man had seen his son through Eagle Scout, which was awarded posthumusly. I think his son was ill, but I really don’t remember (old timer’s disease.) At any rate, he and a couple of women were the only ones keeping it all going, and when he quit, that was it. And it was all VERY expensive to boot!

I was very lucky. I got both kinds of Boy Scout experiences. I started out with a leader who did the jamboree kind of scouting, where a fleet of pickups driven by flocks of fathers trucks totem poles and entrance arches and heavy duty canvas army tents to giant jamborees. Then he was replaced by a father who was into backpacking, so we abandoned all the heavy stuff and learned to live in the wilderness with what we could carry on our backs, culminating with a week long hike in the Porcupine Mountains where the leader parked his van by the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, and said, “Okay, we have a week to figure out where we are and get to the pickup point. Grab your packs and let’s go.”

I thnk that kind is more useful , though the Jamborees are fun. After my first campout (where it froze in San Antonio)with my son I told my friends “I get it now. The boys go out to play and they take their sons.” Havingdone tent camping with digging your own fridge and latrine type camping with my girls, I was astounded at the amount of equipment necessary for a Cub scout overnite in a protected campground INSIDE THE CITY LIMITS! HAHAHA

Yes, it’s true, dictators, strongmen and Presidents for Life are always surrounded by worshipful children, just look at the propaganda pictures of Stalin, Hitler, Mao Zedong, Castro and now Obama. The subliminal message is they’re doing it all for the kids and utopia (which will never arrive) is just around the corner.

One day these prop kids will tell the emperor he has no clothes.

That’s because they don’t KNOW history. In their arrogance, they think they have nothing to learn from the past, so they never study it, and don’t see the cyclical nature of how things work. Instead, they reinvent the world to their liking every morning,
