Van Jones: We’re in “a post-hope Democratic Party.” Jones is launching “an Egypt-styled ‘Arab Spring,’” designed to rally “the 99 percent.” Complete with food riots and a takeover by a radical religious sect, we surmise. If only we were in a “post-dope Democrat Party,” one that contained few of its current members.

Does he seriously think the 99% are stupid enough to fall for this drivel? Oh wait…never mind.
Thank you for keeping me apprised of the 99% movement. I would kept updated myself, but I’ve just been so busy lately WORKING at my JOB that I haven’t had time…

It all makes me feel so safe!!

LOL — VG comment, Dan Hawks — It’s so odd — the Founding Fathers were totally brilliant, and they knew full well we would only last until people became so damnably sorry that they would sell their votes for baubles, and sell their liberty for a false sense of security.

That’s where we are today. Van Jones wants to claim it’s the 1% dominating the 99%, which is a lie, of course. The truth is, 47% are leeching off the productivity of the 53% who actually pay taxes to run the government.

You’re right Dan – working is so archaic and so, so bourgeois…it’s not my fault; I was raised with the belief that no one owed me a damn thing just because I was breathing and that I had the freedom to be successful OR NOT. Thanks for enlightening me – all I need now is some extensive government sponsored reducation, I mean, um, therapy.
And, HPJ, Jr, true statement about the taxes thing. It’s funny that these people who don’t even pay taxes are demanding that others pay their fair share.

OK, now I’m confused. What am I supposed to do with the 10 weeks of work I have already scheduled? Should I tell my customers that Obama has put an end to productivity, and I am not doing their remodels?
If I sit home on my ass, how long do I need to wait for my free stuff?

You’re white. They’ll find your dried up bones investigating why you haven’t paid taxes. You will never get anything for free but a kick in the keester!

Van Jones is a communist who sees himself as the sucessor to Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and, perhaps, Barack Obama. He has nothing to offer America other than political, race and class warfare.

One could only wish we were in a post-Democratic Party America.

Sort of reminds me of the movie “48 Hours”. Nick Nolte tells Eddie Murphy that he’s nothing more then a con in suit, & Murphy says, “Yeah, but at least I look good”. That is Van Jones, he looks good in a suit, & he knows how to promote marxism to people who believe it died when the Berlin Wall fell.

The bottom line, Van Jones is a con man, & in more ways then 1.

Part of me wishes that they do and part of me knows that this will play right into barry and the dim wits hands. It will give him the opening to create Marshall law and stop the elections. Even Lincoln would not suspended the presidential election during the Civil War. Jones is attempting to start another one. This time it won’t be about state rights and slavery. It will be about taking from those that work and those that free load and cry give me all that I want.
