If you look at the data in the PDF, you will see that the Votes Counted is well below the number of Registered Voters in every precinct. Don’t buy the cut/paste BS analysis. Cards Cast is an artifact of scanning multi-page ballot.

AGAIN, cards counted is not the same thing as voters who voted. We don’t do the conservative cause any good by shouting “wolf” when there is no wolf.

I could see the machines counting and reporting raw card counts, but also tracking multi-card “ballots” through such coding–i.e. each set of cards has coding which amounts to a ballot_id in the database. Depends on the software.. which really should be open source

The only problem I would have with it being open source is that some smartass would likely hack into it and screw with the code.

Yeah, it doesn’t sound like this is an issue — “cards cast” =/= “votes recorded.”

Not to say there weren’t shenanigans elsewhere, but honestly, stuffing the boxes in BOSTON?!?! Talk about carrying coals to Newcastle . . .

But if you go to page 7 of the linked report, yes, it reports 387142 voters, and in the next section over, 250295 total votes.
With almost 80% for Sock Puppet, and further down, 75% for Dances-With-Truth.
