I bet the two thugs would have been a lot more reasonable if Monbiot or one his pals had had a gun. Of course, since this was Britain, Monbiot would now be serving life if he’d had a gun, so I guess you could say Britain’s stringent gun laws kept George Monbiot out of jail. Isn’t he lucky.

Some one commented, “Wait, if this is a common treasury how can anyone steal anything? Surely these are held in common, for whomsoever needs them.”
That is what I was wondering. I thought this “commune” was about sharing and the common good.
Can anyone give me an example of where this commune, occupy, socialistic, communistic living has been a success? Anyone anyone, Bueller? Obama? Reid? Anyone??
