Today’s problem in Progressive Jurisprudence: How does a U.S. Court in Hawaii find a legal way to issue an injunction against enforcement of a ruling in Australia, which is apparently a completely independent nation not subject to U.S. courts?

Wait, you thought liberal judges needed a legal reason to issue a ruling? Pshaw. Just find an Obama judge, tell him what you want, slip a little somethin’-somethin’ into his jacket pocket, and voila! you can have any ruling you want.
