Daniel Pellisier was arrested by the Citrus Heights Police Department as part of Operation Reclaim and Rebuild.
Pellisier, 57, served as deputy secretary for energy and environment, where he advised Schwarzenegger and oversaw California’s Natural Resources and Environmental Protection agencies.
