Good news – Newsweek still delusional. Can he deliver? If we’re talking lousy policy, demagougery, crypto-fascism or a so-so golf score, the answer is “YEAH!” Love the Mussolini pose on Newsweek’s “sort of god”.

“Can he deliver?” Why yes, Chicago Jesus can…until the money runs out. We have have maybe two or three years of “delivering” before the economy slides into the abyss.

…and then he’ll blame Geroge Bush.

And maybe a second revolution? Very possible.

I was talking to my 30 year old daughter last night and she commented on how many times she has heard someone discussing the idea that when government fails the populace, it is time to overthrow the government, and how many people in her age group are discussing exactly that. I told her I have heard a great deal of the same in other age groups as well. We may realistically be heading for another revolution.

Today I was talking to my liberal friend and she not only has heard much the same, but has thought it herself. She also feels ( are you all ready and sitting down? Swallow your coffee) that guns do not kill people, PEOPLE kill people and is not in favor if more gun restrictions (though she is a little shaky on the idea of assault weapons. She IS a lefty after all!)

Did you ask her what her definition of an assault weapon is?

No. I was too stunned tha she agreed that guns are not responsible for the way they are utilized. I just sat with my jaw on the floor.

I’d be scared to use it as toilet paper , as just like with dealing with him , there’s more burn than meets the eye.

Please tell me that is a real newsweek cover! That is the funniest shit I’ve ever seen. I have to laugh at the left. They are so desperate to worship, they have chosen the biggest fraud in US history to be their god. What kind of sycophant douchebag does one have to be to think this knob of all people is godly? Seriously-these people all need to see doctors and fast!

I just laugh. I laugh at the idiocy of the left. I laugh at the abject stupidity of the low info voter. I laugh because we are witnessing a full on progressive offensive that is succeeding and I simply can’t believe it.

somehow, even though we are witnessing the same events, I can’t laugh at it.

It is laughter of stunned disbelief. You know, like when you have a day where 10 things go wrong and you just look up and laugh. Only worse here.

Why wouldn’t they worship him? He has taken unemployment from 7.8% to 7.8% in four years. Though it’s probably closer to 11 if you count all the people who have given up. I can’t really laugh anymore either about this continued worship of him, because it could get really dark. I sometimes wonder if we’re getting ready to live through chapter 13 of the Book of Revelation (Apocalypse).

I thought Newsweek had expired, publishing its last issue in 2012. What is this, an online attempt to pretend they’re still relevant?

Ha! I just remembered a “Wizard of Id” strip that I saw when I was a kid,I had to ask my mother to explain it. The king is giving a speech, and a couple times there’s a “Viva! Viva!” coming from the crowd. The king asks, “Is Viva Viva good or bad?” “Good, I believe, sire.” “Then why is he wearing fatigues?”

OK, maybe you had to be there . . .

We invented the UN. How did we get to be so marginalized?

The question we shoud be asking ourselves is why the UN was established.

Some tell tale signs of False Prophets, False Preachers and Teachers. (I’d add messiahs).
You will know them by their fruits.

I think some of that pose is problems with contact lenses. Every lens wearer I know has a tendency to hold this head position. Apparently it reduces irritation of the lenses on the upper lid.
