Just 6 in 10 Millennials have jobs, half are part-time. “…a depressing economic portrait of young Americans, many of whom are stuck with huge college tuition bills and little chance of finding a high-paying job.” According to the article, just half of the 46 million millenials voted in 2012. Betcha most of those that did voted for King Putts. Consequences.

He steals form his family every day, just by mooching off them instead of getting a job and moving out. If he moved out, he wouldn’t have the discretionary money to get internet. play games, shop on e bay or any of the other timewasting, money sucking activities.

You’re right drb, sometimes it’s fun to play whack a troll, but I am through with him.
At least until I decide to post how he has been spending OUR money. I Googled him for grins and giggles, and people on other sites think he is a waste of space also. BTW, he claims he payed to play runescape for 5 years. I pay to play RS, but I EARN the money to do it.

Nice waste of our tax dollars.

Well I’m sure a lot more of them would be employed if they had an Engineering Degree, rather then the much easier to obtain Liberal Arts Degree. But since “Dear Leader” and his ilk has lied to these simpletons about how they will magically make their unpaid student loans go away, they remain stupid as ever.

I agree abnout the job availability for STEM degrees, but trustme, it is not easier to get a liberal arts degree. Which makes it even sadder that they can’t find work after graduation. There is a family in my church who are all serious over achievers, and their 2 daughters are enrolled in a very exoensive private university. Really good schoo;. One is a Senior graduatin theis year with a double major in (wait for it) English and classical studies. SHe is applying directly for a Doctoral program at OTHER expensive, private universities, Her sister is a freshman with major undeclared, but is leaning toward a degree in Public Policy. I don’t see either of them being a hot item upon graduation, but their Mother is convinced it will work. She is an English major, Dad is a STEM major with a Doctorate in Engineering. SHe thinks he’s successful because of the doctorate, not the major.

Just collateral damage of the libturds dumbing down of our school system, there are only so many openings for clown college graduates, or transgender gerbil studies. Since they are in debt up to their arse, it might dawn on some of them thew will have to actually work and start at the bottom..unless of course they are like Crowley and continue to live off gobberment lunch meat. How much you wanna bet some libturd senator comes up with a bill to “adjust” the tutition payback to Sallie Mae? Those of us that work will be paying that back too.

Back in the early 80’s, when I lived in Orange County, CA, every college student I knew was majoring in oceanography. I KNOW there’s not that many jobs in oceanography.

Yeah but, the propaganda arm of the regime will see to it that their lack of job opportunities are Bush’s fault, or Reagan, of Eisenhower, or Lincoln. And being the brainwashed dumbasses they are, they will believe it.

Hey come on now! That’s ART!

But seriously, it’s no wonder that no one at any level – primary, secondary, or higher ed – gets taught two very simple principles of not only economics, but of the whole dang human race:

1. exchange

2. supply and demand

Does any one coming out of some OWS protest ever stop to think “how exchangable is this knowledge I am learning? Does any one out there want the skills I am gaining here?”

And of course, the next logical Q, “what are they willing to exchange for my skills/knowledge (aka, pay me)?”

No of course no one teaches this. That is because no teacher in public schools has a clue about it. They all went directly from one institution to another, getting zero real life experience. They go from HS, to college, and then in their senior yr they go to student-teach, and most immediately get teaching jobs. They think money grows on trees. You know, at the money tree orchard, right past the unicorn ranch, by the Easter Bunny’s house.

And prof’s in colleges – they are mostly frustrated academics who are convinced that life is grossly unfair. They are educated to a PHD level in basketweaving, or “hip-hop music and society”, and are now making less than some guy who owns a junkyard.

This is endemic. Just had an exchange on Facebook with a guy who supports BHO’ call for the $9.00 minimum wage. This person lives in Washington State where the minimum wage is already over $9.00 and has very high youth and minority unemploymennt. He wrote that people should be REWARDED at least $20,000 if they live in Seattle. The economic illiteracy of the left continually amazes me.

Great, now they are trying to drive motels out of business!
Good housekeepers are tough to get as it is, paying mediocre housekeepers that kind of money will either cause motel room rates to skyrocket, or put small owners out of business!

We wouldn’t need to pay anyone that kind of money if the money wasn’t debased to being worthless back in 1964 by Corporate Greed.

Yes, I wouldn’t mind getting $1 or $2 dollars per hour backed by real gold but $10 of just useless paper is another thing.

Corporate Greed stole our gold.
