Minnesota cop who fatally shot Australian woman was ‘fast-tracked’ into the force. “Fast-tracked” means “Hi, we need a Somali Muslim cop as fast as possible so we can be cool with the libtards. Oh, and make sure he passes even if he’s a dunce.”

Recent report has the muslim coward cop with his gun in his lap when the car were noises that somehow indicated an ambush. Lol an ambush? Really? What kind of ambusher gives away their position by making noises?

Can we “fast track” his deportation, following his jail term?

Last week, I heard that this dope was fast-tracked on the local Limbaugh affiliate here in the Twin Cities. Some folks off the record mentioned this to the hosts of the morning drive show. Looks like those off the record sources are correct. Perhaps if we decided to charge anyone involved with the decision to promote Noor without merit, crap like this would not happen.

This has very little to do with law enforcement, but it does have to do with the political figures who oversee law enforcement. It is those people who failed, & they should be held to account.

OK so… she came out in her pajamas, slapped the back of the parked squad car (perhaps wondering why were they still in the car/getting their attention so they wouldn’t be startled by her walking towards them), the cops are STILL inside instead of getting out of the car (both are rookies or not as experience it seems), then after slapping the car she walked towards the driver’s seat I can imagine her saying something to the effect she is the one that called and the Somalian-American cop was distressed at the noise and saw her in her pajamas as a threat to his life and shot her, while he is sitting in the passenger seat, meaning he basically shot across his partner face…. he missed his partner’s face but I am sure the noise and the gunshot residue would have hurt him.

His defense is that she slapped the back of the car and walked around towards the driver and the noise was so startling that he had to shoot at her. *Sighs*

I still want to know…where is the perpetrator and victim (or else where is who or what that caused the disturbanced she called them for) and why is the partner not talking? A nervous bitch almost shoots me like that I would be talking.

I had rocks and bottles hit my patrol vehicle in the slum of Stockton, and even oranges, didn’t shoot anyone. If that is his excuse, he needs to be “fast-tracked” to the death penalty. What a coward.

This case is insane. Absolutely insane. The warrant that was leaked seems to say that it was her fault because he heard a loud noise and she approached to the driver’s side… did the partner take his gun out? Again… why the hell were the two of them in the car once they reached their destination? Is that normal? You reach your destination of a distress call and you just stay in the car? Insane…

And if you’re in an alley looking for a rape victim, wouldn’t you have the spotlights on full blast lighting the place up like Madison Square Garden?

Turn your cam on, etc.?

It is a strange case

From ABC news story, “The records released Monday don’t list any awards or commendations for Noor. Records previously released show he had three complaints against him, including one that was dismissed with no discipline and two that are pending.”

Sounds like he might have been a crappy cop before this occurred.

You can’t really count complaints against cops. You have to look at the quality and circumstances of individual complaints. Because you know who doesn’t get any complaints at all? The cops who don’t do anything. The go-getters who work hard at their job will have more contact with bad guys and scumbags and collect more complaints, the vast majority of which are bullshit. I read the situation of one complaint he got, the one where a woman was calling 911 all the time and he finally arrested her for being mentally incompetent. As soon as I read that she was calling 911 to complain about the department, I had no sympathy for her. 911 is not the complaint line, lady. It sounded to me like the cops were fairly patient with her, tried to explain that her relatives were worried about her mental competence, tried to explain that she can’t call 911 so much, etc. They didn’t arrest her until the second or third visit.

Well I went 22 years with only one Internal affairs complaint and it was found to be bullshit. And I busted my ass on the job. A lot of it is how you talk to people and respond to their questions. The whole “just the facts ma’am” crowd and officers who don’t explain themselves are the ones that get bit in the ass. Sometimes it requires you to bit your lip and listen. When people vent they want someone to listen to their side, even if it is bullshit. I found out early on that shoots a lot of complaints right in the ass.

As for some 5150 calling 9-1-1, we had those, I arrested several for calling 9-1-1 for no reason other than to bitch. It is for emergencies only, but we got people who called 9-1-1 to ask directions, get phone numbers for the local pizza place, to complain about kids playing in the street and a shitload of other things. As a sergeant i got to talk to these people and tell them NOT to call 9-1-1 for anything but an emergency, and call the non emergency number instead. Some were pissed, some felt stupid.. As for his dipshit in Minneapolis was a cadet, and got shoved though the academy, more than likely ahead of more qualified applicants because he was Somai in order for the chief to be able to say “see how diverse we are”….Bit her right in the ass and she is now unemployed.

I’m curious about the details of the alleged assault that was called in. I think that’s probably a pretty important part of this story that isn’t being reported. Did Noor know any of the people in this incident prior to the call? For him to shoot a woman in PJs, across his partners face from inside his car doesn’t add up. No mention of Aussie lady being armed.

KimmyQueen

That has been my number one question… where is the assailant and the victim of the assault that she called to report? Where are they? What happened to them? If the victim is alive where is she? Why hasn’t she come forward? Something is wrong and something and someone is missing and the fact that it hasn’t been researched bothers me. Perhaps it was a pimp and his prostitute… anyway this story has a lot of holes and sure I guess some complaints can be BS, but it is still weird.

It’ll probably take a while to find out what happened, since he refuses to talk to investigators.

Well the partner should be the one doing so if he did nothing wrong. Why protect a CLEARLY deranged individual that is PROBABLY lazy, dumb/stupid, inbred (again not an insult) and jumpy at the sight of a lady in pajamas?

And by “fast-tracked” they mean affirmative action.

KimmyQueen

IF we can agree that affirmative action HAD a reason and a purpose due to TRULY bad governmental practices on a certain and specific group of people, I think it merits discussion that at some point this should have expired and NOT extended to anyone OUTSIDE of the certain and specific group of people.

I was very young at the time, so decades later I saw the movie and documentary about Black Hawk Down and then of course we know the more recent stories of piracy the most famous being the Captain Phillips kidnapping. Am I wrong to say that the people that have the DNA of piracy, crazy ass Islamism, disgusting cultural practices, no desire for law and order (people don’t even WANT to help organize nor govern themselves… what does that tell you about a people?) and that had no problem dragging and parading the dead bodies of US soldiers that all in all were trying to help their disgusting vile rat ass of a country… am I wrong to say that these people should have probably not be allowed into our country? THEN seriously? Provided with the benefits of affirmative action? :-/

Aight… not ALL (rolls eyes) of them are “bad”. Aight… the non Muslims, if there are any Christians get a pass, but seriously? These great number of inbreds (no offense this is actually a statement of fact) and problematic group of people shouldn’t be here. We SEE the results of their stay in our country in the ass enclaves they live in. Then they get affirmative action?! Seriously?! I mean come on!

Why is this country suicidal? AND dumbass?

flashingscotsman

You can’t get much more negative than affirmative action.

Seven months of training doesn’t sound “fast-tracked” to me. I bet there are cops all over America who got less than seven months of training before they got a badge. Anyway, how much training does it take to teach someone not to fire a gun in front of his partner’s face from inside a police cruiser at a woman in pajamas?

JPTravis
Member

Just looked up the police academy in St. Louis which is presumably where Ferguson cops get their training and it’s a six month program, which suggests seven months is not a short training program at all.

I wonder if “fast-tracked” simply means he was guaranteed a job when he graduated, rather than having to apply and sweat out the qualification process, a you-graduate-from-the-academy-and-we’ll-have-a-job-for-you deal.
