New judge appointed in Fort Hood shooting case. We have to wonder what’s wrong with the Army other than it appears to be run by bed-wetters who are scared of Muslims these days. Evidently fear the beard doesn’t only apply to Dennis Wilson of the San Francisco Giants.

FILE - This undated file photo provided by the Bell County Sheriff's Department via The Temple Daily Telegram shows Nidal Hasan, the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly 2009 Fort Hood shooting rampage. A military appeals court has thrown out a judge's order to forcibly shave the Fort Hood shooting suspect and removed the judge from the case. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces ruled Monday, Dec. 3, 2012 that Col. Gregory Gross didn't appear impartial while presiding over the case of Maj. Nidal Hasan. Hassan should have been exicuted a long time ago. Nothing is in question, we know what he did, & we know his motive. He also took up arms against our military. He is a traitor, & he should be exicuted.

Maybe we should start a petition at the the White House Petition page?

it’d get lost in the shuffle.

They’d make sure to get all our names off the petition before scrapping it. Gotta add to that list, you know.

What is their justification for sticking with the workplace violence designation? I guess I thought they’d have switched by now

So the victims didn’t qualify for deserved benefits if they called it what it was. (part of it anyway)

Yeah they are suing and petitioning the gov for a change of designation.

It’s simple. If you are shot by someone yelling “Allah Akbar” or some variant thereof, it’s a terrorist attack.

Dammit, I always thought they were shouting ” all new rebar”. Guess that’s my blue collar upbringing showing.

Oh, I hate using used rebar to build things. All that sandblasting.

This guy should have been in front of a firing squad 3 years ago.

Yeah. How long did it take them to execute McVeigh? What is being gained by bouncing this guy around in public instead of burying him somewhere?

StrinaM

Because he isn’t considered a terrorist. He’s considered a victim of the viscous Army anti-Muslim agenda and its bullies.

Here I was thinking they couldn’t find anybody who wanted to defend this terrorist piece of filth for fear of jeopardizing their military career.
Hopefully the military still uses firing squads.

Since he refuses to shave his precious beard, maybe someone should just set it on fire…

I have to remember that next time I break a regulation: I didn’t want to be viewed as being biased.
