S.F. gun ordinances are upheld. We’re not sure who’s dumber. The judge or the idiots that wrote this ordinance. We expect that soon we’ll be hearing about someone firing one shot at a burglar and killing him plus 3 or 4 neighbors as the bullet continues to pass through people and walls. That’s if they can get their gun in time.

Sorry, are we being surprised that SF is a pit of unconstitutionality in this respect? Really?

They way they’re going, owning bullets that can kill people will be banned soon enough. I thought liberals wanted to be progressive, but why regress back to clubs and stones? Morons. Thankfully my state isn’t so stupid. Although I don’t own a gun, I support those that do. There is NOTHING I will not do to protect my family. I have a Japanese katana, and if someone breaks into my house, I WILL be hurting them.

The courts are the real problem now, for all issues. I wonder what the ratio of conservative/liberal judges is, across the country, in all the judicial districts. By now it’s got to be weighted in favor of the liberals and it’s only going to get worse. These courtroom legislators are going to pull all kinds of liberal rationale out of their asses to totally dilute the constitution and eventually eliminate it altogether!

“cartridges that expand, fragment or emit barbs.”

Did I miss something? Are there “barb-emitting” cartridges?

No, but there are bullets that do that.

I haven’t seen those either. And I couldn’t find them in a search. Do you have a link to them? I’d like to read about that.

Here you go flash:
http://magsafeonline.com/
Look at the pic of the different bullets on the left, and then click on the “Magnum Performance” box to see the penetration path of the bullets.

You figure those pictures are what made the S.F. morons believe there were bullets that put out barbs?

Most likely. They will jump to any conclusion that will make their point that guns are only for killing innocent people.

To hell with the fact that hollow points, multiple projectile rounds, etc. are SAFER for innocent bystanders, and only more dangerous for the person being shot in the commission of a crime. The people of SF wouldn’t be able to understand that.

According to wunderground.com, I’m not going to San Francisco tomorrow. Something about 100% chance of rain all day. I don’t mind not going to S.F., but the rain IS costing me $600.

whereas: rain raises ocean levels
and
whereas: barry said he’d stop ocean levels from rising
therefore: sue barry.

I should have known. He lies.

On the bright side, since I’m not going to San Francisco to play with my rocking horses, I can go to Roseville to do a photo shoot with 5 dancers and 3 models in the old opera house.

i reckon one would use silly-putty on cartoon attackers eh?

also, why the prob with the bullets? Just buy the regular old pointy ones or the blunt nosed ones, take a knife and cut an “X” into the front end, this will cause it to expand at least, problem solved.

least that’s what my pa done tol’ me years and years ago.

Yeah, the Massachusetts SSR is the same way — unless it’s under your direct immediate control, it needs a trigger lock on it. Does NOT need to be locked away in a safe or cabinet, but with a house full of kids I do that anyway, too.

Not surprised by this but to see the graph, talk about trends. Real short but talk about checking the country’s BP

That’s why I just buy locally. Nobody is tracking my purchases.

Impressive thing is that’s just searches for ‘bulk ammo’ typed in on Google, not counting all the other engines and word of mouth\byte.

San Francisco’s gun-storage ordinance “requires you to sleep with your gun in a holster if you want to have it ready for self-defense in the middle of the night,” Michel said.

Not really, all you have to do is give the APPEARANCE that it’s in a holster. There isn’t a cop in the house to verify it every night.

The NRA Folks are taking it to the 9th Circus Court of Appeals..Good luck with that, these 12 liberals clowns and three Rhinos don’t even know the constitution exists, but they can quote verbatim the rights of criminals.

They Should be able to skip this bunch of freaks in San Francisco and go straight to the Supreme court…Being in San Francisco, the 9th Circus Court is nothing more than a bunch of robe wearing hippies and dope smokers.

SanFran(freako) was always a place for pansies. The moment the sun gets a little too warm, they just wilt and fall over. Their local legislators are like that too, so when some ACLU knuckle dragging goons threaten the city with a lawsuit, the local yokels drag out the anti-constitutional rhetoric and assault the US Constitution all by themselves, least the ‘lowyas’ do it for them. Who needs enemies when you have dems like this?
