Crooked voting machines in Chicago? Say it ain’t so! I suppose it’ll be in all the papers about dogs biting, water wet, etc. In unrelated news, they’re so crooked in Chicago, they don’t even trying to hide it anymore. I suppose they will claim this is a labor saving feature, after all, unions and democrats are all about efficiency.

The machines can be programmed where no matter who you vote for, the vote will go to whoever it is “TOLD” to go to yet it will show you voted for your decision. I learned how to program chips in electronics and you can tell that chip to do whatever you desire. So Rick desires that the screen shows Joe chose whoever yet Joe’s decision will do what Rick tells it to do. Actually it’s a piece of cake for a programmer to do this. Voting machines can be programmed to do the same thing. It’s a flawed system. Votes should be ‘counted’ by a written vote.

Same story, but the “calibration error” is new. That’s hilarious, maybe the lamest excuse ever. Funny thing, most of us use touchscreens in our daily lives – cellphones, computers, grocery stores, even check-ins at our doctors offices – but none of those touchscreens ever seem to have “calibration” problems. Why is that? Why only voting machines and why only changing Republican votes to Democrat votes?

We use Touch Screen radios in dispatch. They never need calibration according to our IT/Radio guys. BUT they can be set so that no matter what button you push, it defaults to a single icon….Sounds like that is the Chitcago way.

Maybe they contracted with the same company that made the first tablet I ever bought. I should have known that a $50 tablet wouldn’t work well.

Same crap just different flavor, a few years ago HBO had a program called “hacking democracy” how there are subroutines running inside the machines, the one with the most money are influence can pretty much guarantee a win for their party. The system is so corrupt, broken that voting makes no difference any longer, the powers to be place their clowns in the square holes. Look at the idiot in the white house! and his pack of illegally appointed czars “political payback”
time to scrape the entire mess and get rid of the self anointed scum sucking slime in government.

While it COULD be a calibration error (those touch screens are funny) I would be inclined to believe it if it did not directly hurt Republicans and support Democrats. If we really want to stamp out voter fraud we should move back to paper ballots.
