Why is the WIC card still allowed?? It's a step in the right direction, but a far cry from keeping and bearing arms being UNinfringed.
On that topic, I don't think ANY free adult should have his 2A rights infringed. I know a lot of people kowtow to the "background check" nonsense, and "criminals shouldn't be allowed to have guns" nonsense as some misguided acquiescence to the gun-grabbers... If a man is safe enough to be let loose in society, he should have ALL of his rights respected (not restored--they were never taken away; they were just violated during punishment (punishment being a useless endeavor is another topic for discussion). Anything less is disenfranchising, and CREATING MORE CRIMINALS!
Hawaii is the same way... Have no idea why it's laws can't get struck down.
Because there aren't enough Republicans in the state to bring a lawsuit? I know how much you love Hawaii, but Florida and Texas are also warm, and much more gun friendly.
