So, House impeachment manager Jamie Raskin sent Trump's lawyers a letter staying that if Trump refused to testify in his trial that they would use his refusal to declare him guilty.
Now, I was under the impression that the 5th Amendment protected you from self incrimination, BUT, the Democrats found an exception to that.
Seeing this is a "trial" that is fabricating evidence. Which is a FELONY. But the sinate is full of felonies.

It's scary. This is really how otherworldly ignorant most of the Democrats in Congress are. It's like they vacuum up the lowest dregs in every congressional district and run them for office. This guy Swalwell, look at his face, you can just tell what a stupid thug he is. And Pelosi, in spite of the fact that he was sleeping with a Chinese agent, has him on the Intelligence Committee.
