I went to one once, never again. The food just isn't that good.
The food is bland and unimaginative imo. I ate there with my wife in Vegas and my daughter (she loves it) here in town. Both visits were not much better than going hungry. We didn't get sick, just didn't really enjoy it that much.
Never ate at one, and considering all the crap they have had happen to them (Rats in the ceiling, salmonella, etc) I will never go near one. You would be safer eating off the sidewalk in San Francisco....
