3 from New Mexico compound could be freed as charges tossed. We can’t blame a loony judge because this time it was the DA’s office.
Judge Emilio Chavez ruled that he could not keep the three in custody because prosecutors missed a 10-day deadline for a court hearing to establish probable cause for the neglect charges.

Child neglect isn't that serious charge so in a way I can understand the D.A. concentrating on the murder charges. But not understand enough to wonder why didn't the fool have a flunky working on the lesser cases while he concentrated on the name maker? The entire mess is a frigging FUBAR, typical New Mexico justice system.
I'd bet someone is getting paid extra to be that incompetent.

Now these 5 are foot loose and fancy free all because a DA (dumb ass) didn't follow the law.
Three of them are, the ones charged with child abuse, but the two Hogwallis' or whatever their name is are still in jail. They could walk out but they cannot leave Taos Country and there is no safe place in the county for them to live.

Update: the judge dismissed all charges against all 5 of the defendants. Says the 10-day rule applied to the other two defendants as well. He blasted the DA's office but the DA wasn't even there to hear it. He didn't even bother to show up.

It's getting to be such a FUBAR who knows what the dipshits in the courts are going to do. I'm not getting much feedback from family or friends, they say everyones mouth is clamped shut. All I know for sure is the two terrorists still in the jail can walk out if they want but are staying in jail for their safety. They have to stay in the county and there is no safe place in Taos County for them to live.
The DA needs to be hauled out in his pertard and tarred & feathered!
Funny, I haven't heard from Camera Hogg and the rest of the 'End Gun Violence Now!' mob about this case, but that may be due to the fact that the MSM aren't really reporting on it.
Of course not, he cant be bothered with such trival things as there are EVIL people who will do EVIL things given the chance. They look for the softest places too. This bunch had been plotting on attcking a hospital. Another weapons free zone aka Killing Zone. The hospitals here bring in the worst security staff they can. Unable to respond and can only call 911.
Hogg would get involved if there were some way to tie the terrorists to the NRA, but otherwise,.....?
