Kind of a slow start to the new year huh? Never fear, the fine citizens of Chitcago will catch up to last year and surpass it soon. I read Police statistics from the prior year had 44,800 stops (Ped stops, checkouts etc) and last year because the ACLU got involved and demanded a two page report on every stop the number dropped to 8000. And you wonder why Chitcago is a mess. Cops are not gonna be proactive when the city keeps blaming them for the violence in feral neighborhoods.
