  • I don't get this. The right to a speedy trial is in the Constitution and the Supreme Court has numerous times described what is considered "speedy," so how can someone possibly sit around for two and a half years without a trial? Habeas corpus is another Constitutional right, so when this guy describes being moved around so that even the judge can't find him, WHAT THE FUCK IS HIS LAWYER DOING? FILE FOR HABEAS CORPUS YOU MORON AND GET THIS GUY INTO A COURTROOM!

    Honest to God, I am so steamed right now I am a gnat's whisker from enrolling in the nearest law school.
