Have Obama take a spelling test, hew would spell "Constitution" as "Prostitution".....and then blame Bush.
Ignoring, or purposely violating it, to show that he is unable to be challenged?
Then, if you say anything, it's because you're racist.
Why not say something earlier? Afraid of being labelled a racist?
Maybe he did say something earlier but there was no reporter present. These commotions always start because a SC justice is asked to give a speech, most of which are semi-private affairs, but once in a while there is a journalist present. And then some desperate reporter tries to make a controversy out of what the SC justice said.
All in all this should have been something he tried very hard to put out there not just in private settings. If anything this is just old news and just trying to see how can we right the ship if even possible.
