“Amicus brief on behalf of 1,187 former federal prosecutors, who argue why Judge Sullivan has “robust authority” to scrutinize DOJ’s move to end the Michael Flynn case and “take appropriate action…” So what’s the judge going to do? Sentence an innocent man who was blackmailed into a guilty plea via threats to his family? Flynn’s attorney has filed with the DC Court to stop this abortion of justice. All this amounts to is another delay tactic.

Damn when did Lenin rise from the dead? This judge and all the others that have signed onto this side show are doing the work of all the miserable dip shits. Who cant stand the fact that their coup d'état has been full exposed.
Funny how the Amicus Brief on behalf of AGs that argue that the judge has no authority to do this is not making news.
