  • Is this his way to make his rapes less hurtful or demeaning? He is obviously insane no matter how you look at it. Even if he wanted to be a woman outside of prison, turning into one inside of prison is just insanity.

  • Then he gets transferred to a woman's facility. You know what's next then. The women will file suit because the big strong man will be intimidating to them. Or they might just beat him to death. . .

  • Taxpayer funded "Lopitoffame" surgery. Great with all the problems we have in this state, now I get to enjoy watching my tax dollars pay for this piece of shit to get a sex change. A bullet to his head would have been a lot cheaper.

        • CDCR (Prisons) is under the "guidance" of a receiver because they supposedly do not give inmates all the medical care they need...(Bullshit) so this prick (who is a red ass democrat) makes the state spend money on this shit and this same guy has threatened to sue the doctors at prisons who don't play nice with the low life inmates. The doctors are now afraid to do damn near anything so every inmate gets sent to a hospital at taxpayer expense so the doctors don't get sued. This is what happens when you put democraps in charge of anything. The inmates get far, far better care than any piece of shit Obamacare plan...think about that.
