Remember about 10 years ago the Canadians tried to register everyone's guns naively thinking that all the criminals would instantly come in and register. I believe they spent many millions of dollars on the software from the same company that created the Obamacare cluster f*ck.
Anyway, not only did zero of the criminals register their guns but hardly anyone one else did either. The liberals were, as usual, stunned by that no brainer.
