Barr says he does not expect criminal investigation of Obama or Biden as result of Durham probe. We had hopes that Barr was going to get rid of the two-tiered justice system that favors the swamp, but don’t hold your effing breath anything is going to change in Washington, DC.

By refusing to investigate, he is just enshrining the two-tiered system, not fighting it. I happen to know for a fact that if I tried what Obama/Biden did, I'd be in jail in less than 24 hours. Seen it happen first hand.

I'm probably going to disagree with everybody else here, but I don't want to see criminal prosecutions of ex-presidents and ex-vice-presidents. Ever. That's banana-republic shit. Unless it's a common crime. Not for this kind of shit. Everybody else? Yeah, throw the book at them. But the titular head of state, the face of the nation, taking a perp walk? That I don't want to see. It would be, in essence, an indictment of the United States of America itself. I don't want to see it. This is why Ford pardoned Nixon even though there were no charges against him--Ford realized a criminal trial would be an embarrassment to the whole nation. Now, Agnew was caught for a crime that was normal criminal-type shit, and the crime itself happened before he was VP, so that was fine. Throw him in prison. That wasn't one branch of government shitting on another branch of government and announcing to the world, "Look how stupid we are!"

You can bring charges against all Obama's henchmen and make sure he goes down in history as a warning against socialist/communist presidents. That will be enough.
These two reach around buddies need to face the same as all the others who have unmasked private citizens and those who were doing the exact requirements of the positions they were nominated for. All that one can hope for now is to have one of the lower criminals start to sing like John W. Dean.
