BofA Will Stop Lending to Makers of Assault-Style Guns

• I stopped using Bank if America when they began issuing credit cards to illegal aliens. You and I have to provide Social Security numbers to open bank accounts and credit cards--not so illegal aliens. This gun thing should come as no surprise.

• Was BoA also handling home loans for illegals as well? I think I remember a story along those lines a few years back.

• Screw BofA, I don't do business with them anyway. But guys, if you don't have the money in your pocket why are you buying firearms anyway? Gotta take care of family first and you can do that with a Saturday night special.

  I am looking at a .50 cal Desert Eagle, but I am going to have to shoot one to see if I have the hand strength to hold the thing! Lol...This getting older crap sucks!

  • This isn't about people buying guns. This is about BofA freezing out the businesses that manufacture the guns.

    • I understand that JP but businesses can go anywhere to get the money they need. I stand corrected though, I did not read the article all the way through. But no difference, I still do not do business wit BofA and never will.

• Or... I could go out and buy a Daniel Defense M4A1 on my BA card ($1974.99 at Cabela's) and THEN tell them my card was stollen by my psycho girl friend's grandson who keeps getting thrown out of school.

  • I'm looking at a Desert Eagle .50 cal I can get from a private seller for $800 but I have to shoot it first to see if I still have the hand strength to fire the thing! A .50 caliber handgun? That is a weapon you better hang on to! I have an old 1911 model Colt and it gives you a good kick when you fire it!

• I wonder what would happen if a couple of million BA credit card customers lost their credit cards and BA had to replace them? Change account numbers, mail out new cards, etc. Hmmm... that could be a real headache.

  • I'd be for that. I'll need to open an account with them first, but still...

• I straight up Hate bank of America. They suck and should be destroyed by whatever means possible.

  • Oh, you just got me started. They are the worst bank I deal with and the sooner I can get rid of them the better my life will be. One of my brothers-in-law is a computer guy in their operations center in Charlotte. He hates them even more than I do.

• BofA is an official Too Big To Fail bank, so it doesn't care how many gun-owning customers take their money elsewhere.
