Bullied student with mental disabilities, paralyzed arm fights back — and gets suspended, mom says. School districts have been pulling this shit for a long time. We told our kids years ago that if someone bullied them at school to kick their ass and if they got suspended I’d take the week off and we’d go do some fun stuff.

I was bullied for 8 years in Catholic school, and the one time I fought back, the nuns came running to rescue the kid I was sitting on. Never did they ever try to help me when I was getting pushed around.
Even nuns suck at fairness.
Reason 3,256 for home schooling--so you don't have to put up with administrations who take this kind of position against self-defense.
How dare anyone defend themselves against those who are attempting to harm them. Geez what a load of crap. This kid did what should be done and taught. You have to fight back in order to have bullies leave you alone.
Not surprising that the public schools want students to believe that they do not have a right to defend themselves; they want a population of obedient serfs who will do what they're told.
