California becomes first state to pass water law limiting toilet flushes, showers. Here we go with the Imperial Libtard Forces imposing their silly whims upon the citizens of California. We have some solutions on how the public can deal with this silliness.

  1. Go to San Francisco to take a poop on the sidewalk, no one will notice.
  2. Move to Berkeley and shower once a week. Again, no one will notice.
  3. If it’s brown flush it down. As in go to Sacramento, find Jerry Brown, stick his head in an unflushed toilet and flush.
  4. Find a public park with a pond and start bathing there.

  • One of the upsides to having my own well and septic is being able to do whatever the frick I feel like on my own property.

    • Me too. I can flush away, wash away, water the lawn if I had one, and nobody can say shit to me.

      • Most of California, if you sink a well, the water department shows up and wants to put a meter on it, and charge you for your own water, since you're taking it out of THEIR aquifer. When I lived in the desert, and knew more people that were doing it, there was ONE attorney in the area that knew how to deal with them. He'd sell you his card for a small fee. When the water department showed up, you show them the card, and they go away.

        • The idiots in Santa Flush were thinking about doing that in New Mexico but that idea got shot down in a hurry. Property rights and water rights are almost sacred here. If you buy land here you get the land and that is it. If the land owner had water rights to water crops, that is a different thing. If you want the water rights you buy that separately. Same with mineral rights. You can buy the surface land but if you want the mineral rights too then you are looking at a higher price.

          Years ago one my uncles who was still farming and ranching got into a tight spot. The cattle market was in the toilet, he had borrowed money to increase his heard, and the bank was pressuring him to pay off the loan. I was making big money by then so I bought a section of his land for $300 per acre. But the important thing is he sold me the 300 acres of water rights he had on the land. Maybe I should clarify something. In New Mexico if you have 300 acres of water rights that is how many acres of farm crops you are allowed to water.

          I am looking to sell that property and so far the bid is up to $1500 per acre, because of the water rights. It's just pasture land, no structures or anything on it. But when you add up $1500 per acre for 640 acres the numbers are ass tickling!

  • So they're going to start pushing again for the "water saving" toilets. It's amazing. They only use half the water per flush, and you only have to flush them three times to clean them out. Common Core Math, I guess.

    • I say we just start doing our business on the capital mall in Sacramento...Give them what they so richly deserve.

      • Why not? They crap all over the place in San Franfreakshow so people should start doing the same there.

    • What those eco-freak dipwads don't understand is shit runs downhill but it takes moving water to get it to a sewer main. Then more water is pumped into the main to get the shit to the treatment plant. Those low flow toilets are going to be responsible for more clogged sewer lines for everyone who uses them because they don't get all the waste to the main.

  • I imagine this law has enough leeway in it to allow the lawns to remain green in Bel Air and Pacific Heights for the foreseeable future.

    • Don't forget all the golf courses like Pebble Beach. You can bet they will get an exemption.
