What cracks me up about this is the way it's being downplayed by the liberals who run California, whereas the much smaller and much less dangerous measles outbreak was turned into a giant commotion and used as an excuse to pass draconian vaccine laws. With liberals it's always about politics.
And, LA requires ID to purchase ammo.
Thanks to the stupidity of the San Diego city Council this problem even exists. Allowing people to park their tent on the sidewalk, with no sanitation or running water is a formula for disaster. even a child could figure that out.
I am surprised this hasn't happened in San Francisco considering they let the druggies and homeless hippies poop everywhere.

A friend of mine had just come back from San Diego complaining about this. WTF is California and all these dumb-ass politicians trying to prove, exactly?
It seems California has also become a sanctuary from personal hygiene.
Visit a BART station in SF sometime or ride on a BART train. We suggest you take Lysol and a gas mask.
