"Energizer" is what the Secret Service calls her. She only seemed to show up when Hitlery was out of town. I believe there are 2 reasons for this.
1. She was there so fool around with Bill.
2. She was trying to avoid Hitlery's advances.

If any of the 30,000 "personal" emails Her Majesty deleted from her server ever come to light it would be a good guess that many of them dealt with Slush Fund bribes.
