Congress is run by senile old farts

• This is just ugly. I don't know what is happening anymore, we have about a dozen of these old cretins in various national offices. Biden, McConnell, Pelosi, Feinstein, and a bunch of others. They're so old and decrepit they don't function anymore. (Or just decrepit in the case of Fetterman.) They all act like their brains have been sucked out. Obviously something is seriously wrong with our election processes because nobody, not even die-hard Democrats or hillbilly Republicans in Kentucky would actually vote for these empty husks. It seems obvious that our elections are rigged. How else do you explain that the favorability rating of Congress is always in the toilet but the re-election rate is always above 90%? There is almost zero turnover in Congress anymore unless someone dies or voluntarily retires. Every time I meet somebody from Kentucky I ask them if they voted for McConnell and they always, every time, say hell no. So how is he still winning elections?

    • Well, frankly, after COVID I no longer trust anybody in the medical profession any further than I can throw them. If I have to trust someone, it will be nurses before doctors, because I noticed that it seemed to always be the nurses who came forward and risked their careers to tell the truth during COVID. The doctors on the other hand were unwilling to risk their Mercedes and vacation homes by bucking the medical establishment that was killing people. So a doctor in Congress that is lying about the functionality of congresscritters? Doesn't even shock me.

      • When I was in the hospital with covid nurses generally didn't ask me to put my mask on. The doctors were freaked out. One came in with a helmet with a fresh air supply that covered her entire head. She's the one I accused of trying to kill me. Quack.

        • So she KNEW that paper masks have no effect on the spread of respiratory viruses, otherwise she wouldn't have resorted to a system that contained its own air supply. She KNEW, and yet she still wanted you to wear a mask? What a hypocritical dipshit.
