      What really chaps my ass about this story is this girl was allowed to "date" this guy when she was 12 years old? We know this pervert was getting what he wanted by the time she was 13 so where were her parents? No wonder this 19 year old girl is so screwed up.

      As far as the "rape" nonsense I have been hearing about it's all bullshit. When I was that guys age if a woman were standing in the door naked I would not have cared if she were holding a samurai sword I would have stood at attention!

        Dating at 12??? How absurd is that? I agree, small wonder she is this f***edup. That being said because of her "parents" lack of child rearing, now ... in addition to the crap she pulls, she becomes a part of our judicial system, ie: another parasite on the taxpayers 😠

          With Independence Day just three days away I am going to look at what is important instead of all the bullshit in our daily lives. 18 family members, and a couple of old family friends, are here at the lake, brothers, their children and grandchildren, we have invaded the place!

          We will party, go boating, have huge barbeques, drink a lot of beer and play, until Wednesday. I will be giving the opening prayer for the festivities in town then march with the American Legion, color guard and veterans from our little town to open the parade. All my family members and our friends will be there too. We may be a small town but we are a proud town, proud to be Americans. I wish you and your family could be here, you would be welcomed with open arms. Then handed a cold beer or shot of whisky! Maybe two or three! LOL.

          Most of my posts in the next few days will be on the got a post or link stick it here thread but since you are here I will post this one for you. Most people do not know that over 260,000 women served in Vietnam. Most were in support or entertainment. A lot were there with USO shows or the Red Cross. But the women who deserve a ton of praise were the combat nurses. Without the field hospital doctors and the many nurses thousands of more men would have died, including me. Nurses, care givers, a shoulder to cry on, a fountain of great strength, that is the best praise I can give to the nurses who served under terrible conditions.

          • I think this is my 14th year of giving the opening prayer and to be honest I am about out of words. If I don't get a flash of inspiration I think I go back to one of the first Prayers I did. The theme is God, guns and guts and this is a short recap.

            Make a triangle with your hands, forefingers touching at the top and your thumbs touching at the bottom. Make a triangle. The legs, your fingers, represent guns and guts, your thumbs represent God. Move either finger, the triangle will collapse. Move either thumb the triangle will collapse. God, guns and guts are what made America the great nation it is and if we lose any of the three we will collapse as a nation.

            Are you old enough to remember Gomer Pyle USMC? I swear to God I saw guys this naïve when I went to basic. I was a farm boy but I was not stupid and to see the looks on the faces of some of those kids who didn't get their hair cut the way their neighborhood barber did it was funny as hell.

          • Yeah, that was during my mid-teen years. Lots of good looking girls on TV. No so much in my small farming town.

          • By the time I got interested in girls, about 14, we had left the mountains and moved to Albuquerque, the "big city". I was amazed, there were pretty girls all over the place! After I quit school and went to work I had a nice pickup, money in my pocket and the girls were a dime a dozen. Especially the hippie types who believed in free love! But I enlisted and when I got home I was a different person and could not stand to be around people so I went to the farm and ranch land to get away from them. I worked construction for the money but home was always out in the sticks where I could feel free.

          • You should have seen my first real girlfriend. Long blond hair, almost to her butt. Slim but nice shape, we were only 16 so she had some growing to do. And absolutely crazy.

            Her parents were very "tolerant", her mother took her to get birth control pills because she knew we were doing the hokey-pokey. Teens couldn't get pills back in the 70's without parents permission. Man, those were the days! Boone's Farm wine, lots of smoking dope, willing
            women, it was wild times for all!

            Then reality and the war came in and I was a changed man. Never did see that girl again but I still think about her once in a while, she was my first "love".
