  • Its about time someone had the backs of the Customs and Border agents. Trump does. The federal judge needs to be removed from the bench for failing to follow US law. Congress needs to bring articles of impeachment against the judge for endangering the lives of US citizens. If an attack happens, the judge should face charges of complicity.

    • The judge in this case was leg humping Upchucky Schumer before she became a judge, and I am sure she "donated" to his re-election..They went Judge shopping like Libtards always do.

  • This situation is so out of control for no reason. I understand that SOME people have been affected incorrectly so ALL THEY HAVE TO DO is simply present their individual status and claims to the people in charge and they can get in without further problem so in the immediate future they need to keep their asses here and not go to those countries.

    This issue affects ALL people coming from those countries INCLUDING Christians and other minorities. This is not a Muslim ban. It is a moratorium for four freaking months people it is not that serious! All he is doing is asking for a moratorium to come up with ways to do intensive vetting of those who are seeking asylum here. What is wrong with that? Any TRUE legal person that is affected has no problem, they will just be inconvenienced a bit, citizens have no problem. These people are NOT citizens nor they have legal status, the ones this bill truly affects. They don't have a right to come in here and stay just because they say they are refugees. Allowing people to come in here and stay without us knowing who the hell they are IS NOT THE American way, it is stupidity and suicide.

    If people feel strongly for refugees (like Christians and minorities that come from those countries like I do), then people need to allow the government to BROADLY protect ITS ACTUAL CITIZENS from the possibility of terror of all kinds that we see have happened already in Europe and even in places where they took inconsequential amounts of refugees like Japan, and THEN take personal responsibility to care for those that they care about. They can either go over there and see what they can do to help preferably with an organization OR simply assist the organization of choice from here with their own donations and/or more aggressive volunteer work as possible. I don't like to talk about stuff like this, but I donated to help feed a refugee family for a week. It may not be a lot, but I don't have a lot of money to dispense unfortunately, but I can do that again and again as many times as I can until I can do much more. I trust the organization that they do assist and not to be "racist" but it is a Christian organization so their primary targets of help are fellow Christians. So I know that they will not be allowed in here, but I know that if people really care, people can do something for refugees and allow them to have something while the countries of the world figure out what to do about this crisis... but in the end, no matter how charitable we are as individuals, the government's first and utmost duty is to protect us from any and all hordes of enemies that WILL and have infiltrate among those less fortunate to attack us.

  • Apparently the ACLU doesn't understand the ruling. It's a very narrow ruling, applying only to 100 or 200 specific people who were already approved for one reason or other. A couple of them, for example, are people who helped the U.S. military and consequently wouldn't be welcomed back where they came from. And I think people with previously issued green cards can stay. For everyone else, Trump's executive order still applies. At least that's the way I understand it.

    So if you get on a plane in Iraq or Iran thinking you can fly to the U.S., you're wrong. You will be sent back.
