There should be no time table. The DC Court of Appeals should just tell this over reaching jackass the case is closed. He’s wrong and they will be referring him for judicial review.
Smart money says the judge will dismiss this because answering his bosses is impossible.
From the way he has spoken from the bench in the last months, he feels entitled and having to answer to anyone is beneath him. That is why the DC Court of Appeals just needs to bitch slap him publicly and then refer him for judicial review. That will get his and any other activist "make shit up" judges attention.
