Looks like Hitler's plans are finally coming together.
The big questions: is she building a Death Star and is she a Sith Lord?
I believe she's hiding the Death Star in her pantsuits, and she's more evil than a Sith Lord.
I was thinking that... I don't believe in reincarnation... but one can make a good argument here... ALSO Progressives (of all kinds) play the long/generational game. The way a lot of other countries are wanting to exit the EU I'd say the timing his horrid and this will only cause a larger backfire.
According to the linked article, Poland is fuming and most of eastern Europe is tired of the EU "technocrats." Thing is, eastern Europe experienced oppression from an outside bureaucracy during the Cold War. Last thing they want is to put themselves under another one now. If outsiders are going to tell you what to do, what difference does it make whether those outsiders are in Moscow or Brussels?
They shame the citizenry into believing they are reactionary and that they ought to be "war-weary" and crap like that. Add a big guilt trip about racism, being intolerant of other cultures, etc, etc, etc.
This disarms people, until they're too pissed. By that time, a totalitarian oligarchical technocracy like the EU might have gotten so advanced, they'd be hard to shake off without an actual fight.
Sounds familiar, i'm sure.
Oh, and the point is to advance those who have been adversely (and purposely!!) affected by said citizens. So, how dare anyone object!! That's NOT who we are!! (See?)
