Even More Than the Old Boss: Chicago Has Worst Memorial Day Weekend Violence in Over a Decade. Illinois has some of the most onerous gun control laws in the country. The Democrats still haven’t figured out that criminals don’t obey laws. The new mayor’s peacekeepers in yellow vests did nothing. One even beat someone up, very peaceful indeed.

Also, that one yellow-vested "peacekeeper" was arrested for joining a mob WHILE WEARING said yellow vest. So... there is that.
Oh, you incorrigible cynic. I'm sure those "peacekeepers" are rigorously trained for their job, and joining a mob to beat the hit out of somebody was one of the many scientific techniques he learned in his training.
If you can't beat them, join them.

Hell they had to clear the beach until they could get more "peace keepers" down on the sands. Shitcago is a loss cause. Why anyone would consider relocating there is beyond me.
