Sounds like a good lawsuit to me. I'm not a lawyer but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express once.
Thing is, the law clearly says that the FDA cannot approve an emergency use "vaccine" if there are effective treatments available for the disease. That's why hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin were resisted by the FDA to this day, because if they admitted they worked (WHICH THEY DO, I DON'T THINK THERE'S A HOSPITAL LEFT IN AMERICA THAT ISN'T PRESCRIBING IVERMECTIN AND STEROIDS, AND SAVING DAMN NEAR EVERY PATIENT THEREBY) then they would not be allowed to approve the COVID shots. And one thing we all have to understand is that our government bureaucrats are completely under the thumb of the pharmaceutical companies who are making not just billions but trillions of dollars from selling these emergency use shots around the world.
When dirty, evil people have trillions of dollars to spread around, it doesn't take them long to buy off the bureaucrats.
I don't know that these suits are going to succeed, but here is another. I have watched some of the speakers and while this is all very interesting, I don't know that they have the goods on them.
