I don't know what is in his heart, but it was obvious that he had an agenda. Also there is rumors that she was wearing a ear piece. She kept touching her face/side of face of what I did see of the debate, so it is possible. I don't think that is allowed but I wouldn't be surprised.
Believe me, if she could take any advantage, allowed or not, she will. I wouldn't be surprised if she had someone with a hidden camera trying to read his notes and give her a heads up before he said anything.
