So what's another couple billion wasted? If any one is nuts and needs to removed from office, it's this ass clown.
The problem I see with this idea is the environmental regulations they have in place, in Kali. Launching rockets is an environmentally destructive event. They've already hamstrung themselves with self imposed restrictions. Trump needs to 'double-dog dare' them to try it. Come on Mr. President, dare them to do it.
He's finally done it: found a state government project even more expensive and useless than the bullet rain.
I just drove through the construction zone south of Fresno. There is some serious money being wasted there.
