Guess Who? – The Albuquerque Trump Protests Were 100% Organized Political Astroturf… We wonder if they were paid the $15.00 minimum wage they’re all bitching about?

  • Best protestors money can buy, because most of them don't know a damn thing about work.

    • Kerry was wrong. The uneducated won't be fighting in Iraq. They will be given graduate degrees, a floppy khaki cap, and ordered to shoot at us.

  • Another thing on New Mexico politics yesterday was a visit by Bill "Slick Willie" Clinton himself. He held a rally for Shillery in Espanola yesterday, several hundred people showed up to listen to him. For those of you who don't know much about my state, Espanola is the heroin overdose death capitol of the entire country. More heroin users in that little town die every year than in any other city, large or small, in the country.

    No wonder the rally was so peaceful! Most of the residents were probably flying low and had no desire to boo or protest!

    Which brings me to the hatred thing liberals love to spout off about. A few hundred attend a Clinton rally and there were no protests, no cops in riot gear, no burning, no cop cars damaged, nothing. A calm, polite rally where people listened to what Slick Willie had to say.

    Fast forward to the Trump rally. SRO capacity in the convention center is about 9500 and the place was packed, not counting those who were turned away after capacity was reached. Those who attended had to walk a gauntlet through the protestors, held back by simple 3 ft. high portable barriers. They were taunted, harassed, cursed and had water bottles thrown at them. Trump tshirts, posters and trash was burned on the sidewalks. Mexican flags were flying and one protestor had a big sign that had "Trump chinga tu madre" written on it. A couple of cop cars were damaged, a few windows in the convention center were broken, it took city crews hours to clean up the mess after the cops got the streets clear.

    I would like someone to explain to me, again, why they think the republican party is the party of hate. It wasn't republicans or Trump supporters rioting last night, it was thugs who, if they bother to vote, will vote democrat every time that did all the rioting. It seems to me the democrat party is the party of hate, they are the ones prone to burning and rioting when anyone disagrees with them.

  • The guy didn't get it quite right, the two main groups involved in this clusterfuck are something called ProgressNM and the Southwest Organizing Project. No matter, they are still far out, left wing, loony liberal organizations.

    Anyone who says the cops fired teargas canisters into the crowd is a liar, plain and simple. The cops used smoke bombs to help disperse the rioters, only a few individuals were pepper sprayed by cops for not backing off when told to. From all accounts the Albuquerque police department acted with great restraint and didn't beat the shit out of anyone, even those who deserved it.

    My sister-in-law and nephew went to the rally and are now solid Trump supporters. They told me they had to run the gauntlet of protestors to get into the convention center, the "walk of shame" as the protestors called it, but didn't have any trouble. A little name calling, some taunting but nobody tried to touch them or throw water bottles at them. Many of those who arrived later were not so lucky, including a disabled man in a wheelchair that got doused by a thrown water bottle.

    The cops had things pretty much under control by the time the rally was over. Sis and her son didn't have any problems getting back to their car, which is a good thing. Anyone mess with his mother nephew would have opened a can of whupass like nothing those clowns had ever seen.

    A few Trump tshirts burned, a few water bottles and rocks thrown, some trash scattered all over, not really that big a deal as far as riots go.

  • I quite enjoyed watching them get pepper sprayed and knocked on their asses on the news last night. Now they'll probably sue the PD.
