  • Poor wittle snowflake...could not handle the pressure and wanted special attention, do you think a judge is going to allow this in court...Nope..Sorry snowflake, you might try McDonald's before they replace everyone with robots....WE already have enough mentally ill lawyers in this country, we don't need any more..

  • Why is this surprising? After all, Barky graduated from Harvard Law, so we have come to expect less than stellar performance from their grads.

Wyche suffers from “debilitating panic attacks” and requested that she be granted additional time to take the test, stop-clock breaks and a private exam room for her test.

Sorry, I don't want a lawyer working for me that can't handle pressure.

    • No kidding, huh? Although to be fair, most lawyers are office drones, and never even see a courtroom.

  • A) The lawyer representing me cannot fail to do his/her job because he/she suffers from panic attacks. I will hire better, more stable representation.

    B) A public defender who cost a defendant their case because he/she was unable to perform their duties due to disabilities will cost the public more when the defendant sues the state for inadequate representation.

    C) If you can't do the job, sweetheart, find something else to do.

    • As one of my grumpy old road building foremen liked to say, "If you can't do it, there's men in town that can."
