Perhaps Paul Ryan would like to adopt and raise a couple feral criminals....
Why the concern? Obama is just making sure to have himself a compliant group of people to induct into his Brownshirt Army. This way he knows he has the right type of thugs to do his bidding, and not any of those namby-pamby police and military with a conscience.
He's going to call it the "Choom Squad", now if he could get them to stop smoking everything in sight, and braking into the vending machines.
