Debt is not always a bad thing, and real estate is a highly leveraged commodity. Nothing to see here especially since this is a hit piece written before the Iowa caucus.
It absolutely amazes me what people will forgive and ignore to support an empty suit. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE BANKRUPTCIES HURT PEOPLE. Every single one of those bankruptcies represents a promise broken, a financial hit to people Trump did business with, and the overall state of the man's ability to weigh risk and reward. Is this really who we want running the country, a guy who can never say sorry, who almost certainly owes money to the mob, and who generally fails at whatever he does? This is Carly Fiorina all over again, someone who's a failure running for president. I don't get it.
Interesting observation over there:

You've certainly twisted that transaction to make it sound dirty. Why? Candidates personally finance campaigns all the time and frequently do it by borrowing. So why are you trying to make it sound dirty? Because you can't find anything real to accuse him of? Did someone rely on his loan signature and not get paid, like with Trump? His wife worked at Goldman Sachs, making much more money than he does, and they took out a margin loan so he could run for the Senate. Yes, I think it shows he is devoted to his country. He's grateful that his wife agreed to do it. It was a lot of money for them, that's why they had to borrow. Interestingly, the loan clearly has not influenced his politics because he attacks crony capitalism and GS specifically all the time.

OK, sure, he may owe tons, but what business doesn't owe money to a bank? Granted, it's a big amount, and compared to what Cruz owes, and the fact that it is a secured loan, Donald needs to shut up about this.
Well there's a simple way to deduce whether Trump carries normal business debt or unnecessary and unwise levels of debt: look at his history. And that history is not good, with four bankruptcies and counting and every one of them requiring someone to take a bath.
Meanwhile, from what I read, Atlantic City is about to become Detroit and Trump is invested heavily in Atlantic City. So obviously there's more potential bankruptcies down the road.
My point here is that Trump is almost exactly the opposite of what he portrays himself. He's not conservative, he's not against illegal immigration (he donated heavily to the Gang of Eight even AFTER their attempt to legislate amnesty), and he's just about the crappiest businessman imaginable. I read an article that started with his inheritance of wealth from his father, and if Donald Trump had simply invested his money in mutual funds instead of trying to be a big impressive "developer," he'd have way more money than he does now. So basically, as a businessman, he started wealthy and has hurt himself.
I live in Atlantic City. Trump no longer has any holdings in AC. He is no longer heavily invested there.
And you do realize that business bankruptcies are usually just a business strategy to wipe out debt, don't you? His casino bankruptcies were intentional. Not all businesses do this, but a lot do. And just so you know, Borgata is the only Atlantic City casino that has never filed for bankruptcy protection.
Same priciple applies to political donations. make donations to candidates on both sides so that you are in their favor should they win. Only makes sense. Just another business decision.
Which is just one more reason govt needs to step off and out of business.
Not heavily invested, but invested. He\'s mostly gone because everything he owned went bankrupt. But there are ongoing lawsuits and there are almost certainly guarantees he signed during the foreclosure process that will come into play if the place continues to nosedive.

Atlantic City would still be doing good if it weren't for the Indian casinos, they killed off the legal state owned ones, because they don't have to pay taxes, and can afford better entertainment and perks.

I moved the pictures on to WP so they load faster which makes Google happy. We improved by about 3,000 in the ranking last night. I\'ll look into it. I had same problem.
For the time being if you put a photo in a post switch to visual tab at right top of posting box.
Then, when you click on the photo an edit box will pop up with left/center/right/none/comment/delete (X).
You will also have a box around the photo with a little box in each corner. Put the cursor on the box, it will turn black. Then left click and hold the mouse button down. You can then drag it in or out to whatever size you want. It maintains the correct height and width.
It\'s a lot easier than it sounds.

Re the buttons did you increase the view ratio from say 100% to 150%? This will make the buttons grow. Too bad you can\'t use it on something else...lol

My wife got rear ended at a dead stop. Had the plate put in. 6 week follow-up showed one of the screws had pulled through the plate. Poor thing had to go through it a second time + one more vertebrae was fused.
Now some asshole rear-ended her about 6 months ago. She was at a dead stop he was going estimated 55 in a 35. So now she's having neck problems again. Dumbass had to be texting because she said he made a production about not having his cell phone when the cops arrived.
Can't win sometimes.
