Hunter Biden faces 17 years in prison after spending millions on lavish, hard-partying lifestyle while dodging taxes: special counsel. We have to assume the people who are really in charge have decided that Joe Biden isn’t going to be the candidate this time.
Hunter Biden was indicted Thursday on nine charges — including three felonies — in part for allegedly dodging more than $1 million in taxes while living a hard-partying, “extravagant” life over a four-year period.
The three felonies leveled against President Biden’s 53-year-old son — who faces a maximum penalty of 17 years in prison if convicted on all counts — include one count tax evasion for his 2018 personal taxes and two counts of filing a false return for his 2018 personal taxes and on a corporate income tax return for his company Owasco, PC.
He has also been hit with six misdemeanor counts of failure to pay and failure to file charges for the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax years.

This was done so when Huff has his ass in the hot seat in front of Congress, he can take the 5th. Then when the congressional hearings all wrap up and the results are unicorn farts, the charges will be dropped. Anyone thinking Slo Jo is going to let Huff do time must be sharing a pipe with Huffy
You're right. I think even Democrats recognize that Joe can't make it through another term and this one has to be his last, so they'll ease him gently out of the race and then he will have nothing to lose by pardoning his son for any currently charged crimes and any future charges, a giant final FUCK YOU to America from the Biden family.
I'm a little suspicious of this whole thing. They've known all about his federal tax crimes for years, waited until the statute of limitations had passed for the worst of them. Weiss is nothing but an unethical Democrat shill so I ask myself why he suddenly indicted. Then I remember that Hunter was subpoenaed by the House and due to testify under oath, I think next week, and this forestalls all that, saving President Biden the embarrassment. Now Hunter will be able to say, "Per advice from my lawyers, I cannot answer these questions while under indictment."
Just like I predicted, Hunter blew off his congressional testimony today, ignoring the subpoena. And Republicans decided NOT to hold him in contempt. You see how this works? There are NEVER legal repercussions for people on the Democrat side of the aisle. When Republicans blew off the illegitimate J6 Committee subpoenas, they were arrested and prosecuted for contempt.
