Now a jury member has been identified as an antifa/blm member. Who attended rallies and events, all the while claiming he could be impartial. The mooosluim Keith Ellison has kangarooed a conviction on all counts. Retrial is on the way.
Yes, I saw this too.
Retrial is guaranteed.
Most importantly, he lied during jury selection. To the judge. Never a good idea. When he was asked about whether he knew about the case, he basically said no. So a picture of him at a BLM-sponsored George Floyd rally wearing a "Don't Kneel On Me" T-shirt, at a moment BEFORE the judge asked him that question, is not good for him. Technically, that's perjury, right?
He was probably trying to identify the lunch scraps on her blouse, or figure out is she was a he.
It’s never been a reason to convict someone because they stare at you. As more jurors speak out. It’s clear there’s going to be a retrial. From worrying about having your family harassed to more riots to denying a change of venue, it is clear the blm and antifa klan participated in intimidation.
