Ignorant liberals blame Republican Glenn Youngkin for I-95 traffic jam. Trouble is for all those angry liberals on social media, Youngkin is the governor-elect, not due to be sworn into office until January 15th. Meanwhile, the actual current governor, Democrat Ralph Northam, is nowhere to be found.

There’s a tweet timeline of this one chick blaming Youngkin. Then she found out Abortham was still governor and she laid on praise as to what heroic actions he’d taken to help those stranded.

Some of those people have been stuck on the expressway for 24 hours now. In the freezing cold. Northam's office isn't even answering the phone. Private citizens are walking in with supplies and warming gear, trying to help.
Northam is a graduate of the Marion Barry School of Government Management. Get the hell out of town before all the snow flies and there is no way to get it off the roads.
Maybe he's stuck in the jam himself and doesn't want people around him to know, in case they decide to organize a lynching party. Even better, maybe he's stuck out there and keeps calling his office but nobody will answer the phone.
Maybe the Lefties were expecting Youngkin to stage an insurrection and assume the gubernatorial powers prior to being sworn in. Or maybe they can't read a calendar.
At any rate, I sincerely hope that no politicians or government bureaucrats freeze to death while waiting for the highway to reopen - it would be wrong and uncivil to hope for that. I hope they starve to death.
