Justice Ginsburg to skip State of the Union, signals she has no plans to retire. She should recuse herself from any cases having anything to do with the Trump administration as she’s more than obviously biased.

I'll take it a step further, she should have to prove she is still alive. I have my doubts.
This is a clear sign of bias from our highest court. Recusing herself on everything Trump related seems the only option available if she pulls this stunt. These people need ten year term limits.
