Political analysis from me:
Interesting that the leaders of two provinces are loudly saying, "Don't use your damn Emergencies Act power here!" Since there are only 10 provinces altogether, that's 20% of the country immediately telling Trudeau to fuck off. And Quebec will probably make three because Quebec's automatic reflexive reaction to everything that happens in Ottawa is "Fuck off!" Meanwhile, the Northern Territories aren't impacted or involved in this and from what I've heard the indigenous population despises Trudeau for the most part so count them out when it comes to support. Not sure Trudeau even has support of most of Ontario. As a further note, for a few years now the residents of New Brunswick have been under attack from a mysterious neurological illness similar to Mad Cow, and the mention of COVID just pisses them off because they feel their issue is much more serious that some damn flu bug but they can't get the federal government to even pay attention.
