I have a better Idea, use the USC stadium, put all the confiscated weapons from L.A. on one end zone, all the ammunition at the other end zone, Release these convict morons into the stadium and let them shoot it out, put it on pay per view for 29.95, and who ever wins, the L.A. cops shoot them when they come out...No need to worry about a virus...
