You can’t impeach a private citizen.
If they start the proceedings before he's out of office they can continue on, and if he is convicted then he will be unable to run again in 2024.
I saw that he could run again, but couldn't be appointed to any government positions, even if impeached.
God, I despise the left. They won (by cheating) but they won. And yet, they still aren't happy.
